Field Wall

Garden Wall

Retaining Wall

Field Wall is at Wanlockhead Junction where the road was widened. The dyke was moved further down the hill. Built to Council Specifications. 1.4 meter high on the low side with steel pins and two plain wires on the top.

Garden Wall at Terregles, built round a boundary of a new bungalow. 1 meter high, the top stones are cemented on for safety reasons. Built from reclaimed stones from an old field dyke.

Retaining Wall built round a Bungalow at Greenhillstairs Moffat. 2.50 meters high at the corner so that the garden behind it could be level.
The stone was taken from an existing dyke on his small holding.

Stone Carin built at Glencaple Dumfriesshire, as part of the Millennium project. The plaque is to remember the half netters on the River Nith. The Local school put a time capsule in the middle.
